Felipe Quartucci successfully defended his doctoral thesis

Congratulations to Felipe Quartucci who successfully defended his doctoral thesis on “Deep soil carbon accrual after land restoration in the Atlantic Forest, Brazil” on November 21, 2024 at ZEF.

He received his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Agricultural, Nutritional and Engineering Sciences of the University of Bonn.

His first supervisor was Prof. Dr. Wulf Amelung of the the Institute of Crop Science and Resource Conservation at the University of Bonn and his second supervisor was Prof. Dr. Christian Borgemeister.

Felipe's research was funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Foundation fiat panis.
