Post Award Governance of PPP projects in the Indian water and sanitation sector
October 14, 2013 | 17:00 h - 18:30 h
Dr. Mahalingam will present a few case studies of
Private-Public-Partnerships (PPP) in the Indian water and sanitation sector.
These cases will be used to highlight the post-award challenges that PPPs
face, and will attempt to create a typology of such challenges. The talk
will also discuss the role of project adaptability and institutional
maturity in combating these challenges. Although the data focuses on India,
some findings can be generalized across broader contexts.
Venue: The Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn,
