Ending hunger: ZEF-director appeals to representatives of G7-Food Security Working Group

ZEF-director Joachim von Braun addressed the representatives of the G7-Nations Food Security Working Group during their meeting at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Bonn on March 2, 2015.
He stressed that comprehensive actions are needed to facilitate ending hunger by 2025. These actions include scaling up funding for actions that national governments will not do at the local level; Global coalition building for learning and joint actions in public private partnerships and in science; and actions that address the growing security and conflict-related food security problems.
