Rank 19 at: Best University Affiliated Think Tank
Rank 25 at: Top Energy and Resource Policy Think Tanks
The University of Pennsylvania publishes its Global Go To Think Tank Index Report on an annual basis. For the 2017 ranking, more than 2,500 journalists, policy makers, scholars and faculty members from all over the world participated.
