ZEF junior researcher receives "Young Rice Scientist Award"

ZEF junior researcher<link http: www.zef.de external-link-new-window external link in new> Abu Hayat Md Saiful Islam has been awarded the "Young Rice Scientist Award" for his paper on "Impact of integrated aquaculture-agriculture technologies value chain participation on welfare of marginalized indigenous households in Bangladesh: a panel data analysis".
The prize was awarded on the occasion of the International Rice Congress (IRC) 2014, which was organized by the <link http: irri.org external-link-new-window external link in new>International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in Bangkok, Thailand, October 27-November 1, 2014.
