ZEF Annual Report just published!

Our ZEF Annual Report highlights research findings on our eight main research themes: Science policy, Governance, Water resources, Land use and food security, Renewable energy, Environmental and climate change, Mobility and migration and Health and sanitation. Besides, we have strengthened our research efforts in the fields of “one health” as you can read in the lead article. ZEF also engages with its research inputs in debates on future sustainable development goals.

ZEF’s overall aim remains to contribute to poverty reduction and the improvement of people’s livelihoods by means of research for sustainable development in close cooperation with our partners. Capacity development and education of young researchers are an essential part of this effort.
