WASCAL workshop on Climate change in Africa, September 10-12.

ZEF hosts a conference on behalf of the WASCAL Competence Center in Ouagadougou on "Climate Change in Africa. Translations negotiations and socio-political implications". Around 50 international participants are expected, mostly from Germany and Africa.
