Gretchen Gonzaga is a PhD Candidate in Development Studies at the Center for Development Research, University of Bonn. Her current project focuses on coastal communities and sea-oriented Indigenous peoples in the Philippines, examining their resilience, livelihoods, and governance structures within the context of climate-induced hazards and environmental risks.
