Ariane Manlangit is a PhD student at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), where she works on climate change impacts and adaptation in agroecosystems. She holds an MSc in Environmental Science and a BSc in Biology from the University of the Philippines. Her research experience includes impact evaluation in the Philippine agriculture sector, with assessments of government programs on sugarcane development and agricultural training. She has also contributed to research on environmental governance, flood risk, and disaster waste management. Her research interests include climate resilience, sustainable agroecosystems, impact evaluation, and development policy.
