Scarion Rupia is a Junior Researcher at ZEF, University of Bonn. He holds a Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development. With over ten years of professional experience in the development sector in Africa, he has managed program design, monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment initiatives. His expertise includes strategic planning and the implementation of sustainable development projects focused on improving health and education outcomes. His doctoral research is part of the CHANGEMAKER(https://changemaker.ki.se/) project, which concentrates on co-designed sustainable health interventions and non-communicable disease prevention for adolescents in Tanzania, Kenya, and Burkina Faso. He specialises in transdisciplinary research, data analysis, and community-led sustainable development.
