Tuuliki Kandjinga is a senior hydrologist at Namibia’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, with extensive expertise in water resources management, including water quality assessment, pollution control and compliance monitoring, and transboundary water management. Her Master’s research, supported by a UNESCO scholarship, examined groundwater flow patterns and hydrochemistry in the Zambezi Region. Tuuliki is currently pursuing her PhD within the scope of the CO-HYDIM-SA project, where her research focuses on hydrological and water-allocation modelling to support the Early Warning and Information System for the transboundary Cuvelai–Etosha Basin.
