Janosch holds a PhD in Nutrition from Bonn University. In his doctoral thesis he investigated the role of the food environment on the diet quality of young children and adolescents. Prior to his PhD, Janosch was working at the United Nations World Food Programme. His research interests lie in analyzing global food systems with a focus on developing policy guidance on sustainable agrifood systems transformation.
