Dr. Juliana Minetto Gellert Paris is a Senior Researcher at ZEF and Research Associate at the Institute of Nutritional and Food Science (IEL), University of Bonn. Her work focuses on healthy and sustainable diets, with an emphasis on children and adolescents’ nutrition and food environments, as well as dietary transitions in low- and middle-income countries. She holds a PhD in Nutrition (2024) and received a Faculty Prize for the best doctoral paper. Her research expertise includes sustainability assessment, life cycle assessment, One Health, human and animal health, environmental impact assessment, value chain analysis, food systems, diet sustainability, environmental impacts of food consumption, and integrated health approaches.
