I am an agricultural economist and Senior Researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), where I have been working since May 2026. My research focuses on the adoption and impacts of digital agricultural tools in low- and middle-income countries. I completed my dissertation in January 2026 at the University of Göttingen within the Research Training Group 2654 “Sustainable Food Systems”. My dissertation focused on assessing the economic and ecological effects of voluntary sustainability standards and evaluating whether agroforestry is a suitable climate change adaptation strategy in Ghana’s cocoa and Rwanda’s coffee sector. I hold a MSc in Sustainable International Agriculture from the University of Göttingen and a BSc in International Business in Emerging Markets from Maastricht University.
