ZEF News No. 19 is now available for download in an English and a German version.

The Department of Economics and Technological Change (ZEFb) of the Center for Development Research invites applications for a PhD position beginning effective October 01, 2006 for 3 years.

A survey on the career progression of the 130 PhD students graduated in the International Studies Program (IDSP) at ZEF demonstrates the success of the IDSP concept: immediately after completing their theses, most of them had taken up positions in national or international institutions in development related context; 60% of the graduates from developing and transition countries in their home countries, 15% in international organisations and 11% as post-doc in Germany.
