the first issue of the GFAR electronic newsletter for the current year 2004 is available.
In the GFAR Secretariat news section, you will find some information on the new
GFAR Business Plan 2004-2006, the GFAR Annual Report (2003), to be published for
the first time this year, as well as updates on projects like DURAS and GLOBAL.RAIS.
Last but not least, you will find also updates from Regional Fora and GFAR
Stakeholders.
As usual, two versions of the newsletter have been prepared:

which allows you to browse all the articles in our website, and in PDF (zipped file
attached) made specially for those who have internet connectivity constraints.
