Chinese delegation at ZEF

The Department for Political and Cultural Change (ZEFa), led by Prof. Dr. Eva Youkhana, invited a delegation of representatives from the Chinese Institute for International Studies (CIIS) located Beijing, to discuss different approaches to development cooperation between China and the EU in Africa, including major actors in development cooperation, decision-making mechanisms, approaches to deliver aid, role of NGO’s and possible entry points for future cooperation.
