ZEF alumnus Imran Sajid takes on new postion at World Bank

After a year-long recruitment process with hundreds of applicants from all over the world, ZEF alumnus Imran Sajid will join the Water Global Practice team of World Bank in Washinton D.C. as of September 11, 2023.

He will be part of the World Bank Group Young Professionals Program (WBG YPP).

Imran sucessfully defended his doctoral thesis on Irrigation efficiency and productivity in Punjab, Pakistan at ZEF in November 2022 and obtained his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
