A new successful ZEF doctoral graduate: Dipesh Chapagain
Congratulations to Dipesh Chapagain who successfully defended his doctoral thesis on "Detection and attribution of spatiotemporal trends of climatic disaster mortality in Nepal" on August 07, 2023 at ZEF.
He received his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Agriculture of Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
His first supervisor was PD Dr. Luna Bharati (Head of Research and Education Division at the International Center for Water Resources and Global Change) and his second supervisor was Prof. Dr. Christian Borgemeister (ZEFc Director).
Dipesh's research was funded by a doctoral scholarship of the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
