Ceremony: ZEF Friends Prize 2012 for Alam Hossain Mondal

Bonn, September 10. Alam Hossain Mondal who received the Prize for his doctoral thesis on: "Implications of renewable energy technologies in the Bangladesh power sector: Long-term planning strategies". Among the speakers at the ceremony is Mr. Dolf Gielen, the Director of IRENA -- Innovation and Technology Center (IITC), Bonn, will give a talk on "Planning energy transitions: Experiences from IRENA".
