ZEF's Annual Report 2007/2008 has just been published!

We are proud to share with you our research high-lights of the past year. You can read about the progress made on the core research themes and major research projects of the Center for Development Research.

This year's focus is on the topic of land degradation – and we selected some of our current research on the issue for more extensive coverage.

Ms. Eleni Ayalew is the second ZEF alumna nominated for DAAD's African Good Governance Network (AGGN) after ZEF alumnus Felix Asante was selected the first ever member of the then just founded network in January 2007. The AGGN is a long-term stipend and education program of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and a leadership program aimed at students from sub Sahara African countries studying at German Universities or working in cooperation projects in Africa.
