Further capacity development programs
Developing capacities for and in the so-called developing world is one of ZEF's core objectives an an essential part of most of our research programs. Besides ZEF's doctoral studies program the following ZEF projects have a major focus on capacity development:

- Environmental Planning at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia
- ZEF and International Program in Agricultural Development Studies (IPADS) Cooperation
