New Publication: "Science and Innovations for Food Systems Transformation"

The open-access volume, “Science and Innovations for Food Systems Transformation” co-edited by Joachim von Braun, Louise O. Fresco, Koasar Afsana and Mohammad Hag Ali Hassan is now published.

The volume includes fifty, original, peer-reviewed chapters from the members of the Scientific Group of the UN Food Systems Summit 2021 and its global research partners. With a foreword from the special envoy for the UNFSS 2021 Agnes M. Kalibata, the volume brings state-of-the-art, solutions-oriented research on the challenges facing contemporary global food systems.
