*First announcement: EADI Seminar: Promoting Coherence. Tools, mechanism and ways to put coherence into practice.

Organised by ÖFSE and VIDC and in co-operation with EADI, the seminar will examine the question of how to reach a coherent development policy in Europe on 31 March 2006 in Vienna. Details will be posted on the EADI Website in due course.

*11th EADI General Conference - More Session reports

600 development researchers, practitioners and representatives from policy and NGOs met from 21 to 24 September in Bonn at EADI's General Conference discussing the linkages between insecurity and development.
