ZEF again among global most important Think Tanks in 2011 ranking

ZEF has been listed for the third year in succession in the “Global Go To Think Tanks” report 2011. The Germany-based development research institute is on place 10 of the global Top Thirty Science and Technology Think Tanks and on place 15 of the global Best University Affiliated Think Tanks.
Over the past year, 6,545 think tanks from 182 countries were invited to participate in the selection process and in the end 202 of them were nominated as the world’s top think tanks. Involved in the selection and nomination process are journalists, public and private donors, policymakers as well as expert panelists, academic institutions and many more.

The “Go To Think Thank” ranking is an initiative of the The Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program of the International Relations Program at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, and has been carried out since 2006 on a yearly basis.
