Research in action: ZEF presents its work at the "Dies Academicus" of Bonn University

During this year's Dies Academicus organized by the University of Bonn in its premises on Wednesday, December 7, ZEF researchers will present their research in the University's Lecture Hall III from 10.00 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. All presentations are held in German.


The program offers presentations on the following topics:


10.00-10.30 a.m. Conrad Schetter talks about "Scientific practice. Insights in the work of the Center for the Development Research (ZEF)".


10.45-11.45 a.m. Gabi Waibel, Sven Geschick and Hart Feuer present, respectively: "Off the record: Pictures and stories from development research",

"Environmental pollution in the Mekong Delta: On the track of fish producers", and "Ecological in Cambodia? A quest".


12.00-12.45 a.m. Anna-Katharina Hornidge talks about "Focal point Central Asia - new approaches in regional research (lecture and movie)".


1.00-1.30 p.m. Till Stellmacher and Wolfram Laube present and discuss their work on "Education for development - graduate schools in Africa" and "the 'Alternative Nobelprize' Campus in Bonn".
