Abstract: Addressing key challenges such as preserving biodiversity and combating climate change while providing safe and affordable food and economic perspectives for farmers – to achieve these goals will require mindset changes, new agricultural approaches and collaboration across cultures and technologies. Sharing our commitments and ideas but also asking for feedback and input is the objective of this presentation.

About the Speaker: Dr. Klaus Kunz holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and a degree in Economics. After joining Bayer’s central Research Department in 2001, he gained 17 years of experience directing business strategic topics in R&D at a global level, taking leadership roles in research, R&D project management, and regulatory and public/governmental affairs, including issues management and stakeholder engagement. In 2018, he took over the lead for Sustainability & Business Stewardship.
