The development of a sustainable bioeconomy was never more essential than today. We are committed to bringing the global bioeconomy community together and ensuring broad participation. The plenary sessions, the debates and the workshops will include change-makers from around the world and they will remain the key elements of the summit. There will be format adjustments to accommodate to the virtual concept.

A single-sign on digital platform will ensure that all participants from around the globe will have access to all elements of the Summit. Specifications about the platform will follow soon. Here you find the content of the GBS2020. Different to previous years, the Summit is extended to a whole week, with the workshop program preceding the two days of the plenary program.
