This workshop brings together experts and experiences from Southeast Asia and Europe on the topic of science policy, knowledge and knowledge governance.

Amongst the three core themes identified for the workshop are: Science and Technology Policy, Knowledge Governance and Innovation Diffusion and Science, Technology and Education, which are all themes of mutual importance to the successful development of knowledge societies.
