Online Development Study and Research Community (ODSRC) workshop
April 27, 2021 | 12:00 h - 14:00 h
This workshop by ZEF's Online Development Study and Research Community (ODSRC) is organized by our ZEF alumna Dr. Bibiana Betancur Corredor, who is now working with Senckenberg – Leibniz Institution for Biodiversity and Earth System Research in Görlitz.
Topic of the workshop: Network Meta-Analysis with "R.“
Target audience: Doctoral students and advanced master students
The network meta-analysis technique allows the simultaneous comparison of three or more interventions/treatments in a single analysis, combining direct and indirect evidence available from a set of studies. Network meta-analysis can help to compare the effectiveness of different treatments on a single outcome across several studies.
Requirements: This workshop requires basic skills with R (understanding the R workspace, running scripts). However, the Rstudio cloud will have pre-loaded packages and datasets as well as other features that will allow you to interact with R more easily.
