Josef G. Knoll European Science Award 2016 for ZEF alumnus Abu Hayat Md. Saiful Islam

<link http: www.zef.de external-link-new-window external link in new>Abu Hayat Md. Saiful Islam (ZEF alumnus from Bangladesh) is one of the winners of the Josef G. Knoll European Science Award 2016 by the Stiftung fiat panis.
Dr. Saiful Islam receives the award for his dissertation on "Impact of technological innovation on the poor: integrated aquaculture-agriculture in Bangladesh". He is the forth graduate from ZEF to win this prestigious award after <link http: www.zef.de external-link-new-window external link in new>Abay Asfaw (2002), <link http: www.zef.de external-link-new-window external link in new>Rolf Sommer (2002) and <link http: www.zef.de external-link-new-window external link in new>Luseged Tamene Desta (2006).
The prize will be awarded during the conference Deutscher Tropentag on September 19th in Vienna.
