ZEF Board Chair Professor Mohamed Hassan appointed as a new member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences.

The Pontifical Academy of Science, which includes distinguished scientists and Nobel Laureates from around the world, held a conference on "Transformative roles of science in society: From emerging basic science toward solutions for people's well-being" in the Vatican last week. The focus was on needed new relations between Science and Society.
