Rank 3 at: Top Science and Technology Think Tanks
Rank 22 at: Best University Affiliated Think Tank
Rank 24 at: Top Energy and Resource Policy Think Tanks
The University of Pennsylvania publishes its <link http: repository.upenn.edu think_tanks _blank>Global Go To Think Tank Index Report on an annual basis. For the 2016 ranking, more than 2,500 journalists, policy makers, scholars and faculty members from all over the world participated.
