Blogging from the field: Doctoral students report on their field research
March 23, 2010.
First blog by Hart Feuer, Cambodia
Hart Feuer is a student from the US, doing his doctoral studies at ZEF. He has done a BA in Economics & Business at Lafayette College in the US, and a MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford University in the UK. His PhD research at ZEF focuses on the question how developing countries with a predominantly pre-modern agricultural sector explore divergent food economies – taking into account their domestic conditions and the increasingly divided international debates about agricultural development. His country of (field) research is Cambodia. From there he writes his blog sharing with us his experiences, thoughts and insights.
