Juliana Minetto Gellert Paris has successfully defended her doctoral thesis!

Congratulations to Juliana Minetto Gellert Paris who successfully defended her doctoral thesis on "Shifting towards sustainable and healthier dietary patterns in the Rhine-Ruhr Metropolis, Germany: An extended One Health Life Cycle Assessment" on April 12, 2024 at ZEF.

Juliana was part of the NRW Forschungskolleg One Health and Urban Transformation and she received his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Bonn.

Her first supervisor was Prof. Dr. Ute Nöthlings of the Institute for Nutritional and Food Science at the University of Bonn and her second supervisor was Prof. Dr. Christian Borgemeister.
